If no RDS or PTY information is received

screen. Each notice appears for just a few seconds.
MODE
• Press the
MOD
button (16) to switch between radio reception, CD/MP3
operation, USB connection and card reader.
Equalizer
• By pressing the
EQ
(6) button you turn on the equaliser and choose between
FLAT
,
CLASSICS
,
POP M
,
JAZZ
or
DSP OFF
.
If
FLAT
is set, all equaliser settings are set to zero (0).
DSP OFF
means that
Digital Sound Processing (
DSP
) is switched off.
RESET
• To reset the car radio to the factory settings, press the
RESET
button (21) with a pointed object, such as a pen.
• Press
RESET

before first use, after connecting the cable,
if not all function keys are working,
when an error message appears in the display.
RDS clock feature
Your car radio is fitted with an RDScontrolled clock. The clock will be set
automatically while an RDS station is received.
Once the unit is switched off and the on again, it will take approximately one
minute for the clock time to be displayed again. The clock display will not show
while the radio is tuned to a nonRDS station.
Reception of RDS signal and clock depends on location and signal strength.
