7. About the LifeCloud
In the basic version, you can create up to five user accounts on your Life-
Cloud.
If you have a premium account on www.lifecloudmedion.com, you can set
up unlimited user accounts and also upgrade the LifeCloud with a torrent cli-
ent and a USB backup solution.
8. Start of operation
8.1. Connecting to a network
Connect the
RJ45
socket (Ethernet/LAN) on the LifeCloud system to a
network interface (e.g. a router) by attaching a network cable to a vacant
network port.
Ensure that DHCP is activated on the router as the LifeCloud system is set
up as a DHCP client.
Attach the barrel jack of the mains adapter to the
DC IN
socket on the Li-
feCloud system and then connect the mains adapter to a wall outlet.
Ensure that the computer that you want to use to configure the LifeCloud
