Operating the menu
Symbol Function
New message(s) on the answering machine.
Internal call connected; symbol flashes for an incoming internal
call
Handset is within the transmission range of the base station.
Symbol flashes when the handset is outside of the transmission
range.

The displayed name or the displayed number has more
characters than can be shown on the display.
Battery charge status: symbol flashes when the batteries are
being charged. Block display within the symbol flashes when
the charging process is being completed.
Symbol flashes when the batteries are empty.
Alarm time activated. Symbol flashes: alarm has been triggered.
