To schedule a maintenance task:

Select Start , then All Programs , then System Tools , then
Scheduled Tasks .

Double-click Add Scheduled Task to open the Scheduled Task Wizard.

Click Next , then select the program that you want to schedule.

Follow the instructions on the screen.
Password Reset File
You should create a password reset disk and keep it in a safe place in case a
you forget your password. To create a password reset disk:

Select Start , then Control Panel , then User Accounts . Click on the icon
for your account.

Select Prevent a forgotten password on the left side of the window.
