• Have you made any upgrades or modifi cations to the initial confi guration?
• What is the model number of your notebook? (model number to be found
on the rating plate of your product)
• What peripheral devices do you use?
• What messages, if any, appear?
• What software were you using when the problem occurred?
• What steps have you already taken to try and rectify the problem?
Driver Support
The system has been thoroughly and successfully tested with the installed
drivers in our test laboratory. It is normal in the computer sector, however, for
the drivers to need updating from time to time. This is because there may be
compatibility problems with other components (programs, devices) which
have not yet been tested. You can find current drivers on the Internet at the
