If all of the above are ok then replace the limit switch.
16) Stand resets itself. (Switches on and off).
i.
Check Motor Control PCB fuse is held securely within its holder, if
necessary squeeze the fuse holders contacts together slightly.
ii.
Check output from the mains inlet filter is constant.
iii.
Check output from transformer is correct 24-28V AC
iv.
Check loom connections are correctly wired to front panel PCB and
the motor control PCB.
v.
Check the SPI loom which connects the front panel PCB and motor
control PCB.
vi.
Check continuity of looms using a D.V.M.
vii.
Check the connection between the front panel PCB and the LCD.
viii.
If all of the above are ok then replace the LCD or Motor Control PCB
17) Stand times-out / Cross-head only travels a short distance.
If the Motor Control PCB does not receive feedback or if the feedback is
incorrect, the crosshead will travel a short distance and then stop.
i.
Check tachometer loom is
correctly connected to the motor
and the motor control PCB.
ii.
Check the crimps are good and
the continuity of loom using a
D.V.M.
iii.
Try another tachometer loom
(352-191 Parvalux motors) or
(352-191-V01 Dunker motors) .
iv.
If all of the above are ok then
replace the Motor Control PCB
