21. PCB Conversion - AFTI to or AFG or Tornado or Orbis
If a gauge PCB has already been set-up and calibrated as one of the above and you
wish to install the PCB into a different type of gauge:
At the calibration screen enter 9999 select which gauge type you require and
complete the calibration/adjustment sequence.
NB:
If the PCB has been set as an ATFI press UNITS & ENTER to access the
calibration pages
AFTI Mk4 PCB conversion to AFG, Orbis, Tornado.
Turn the gauge on without a Smart connected:
The display reads:
ERROR
NO SMART
Press
UNITS
&
ENTER
at the same time, once released the calibration menu is
accessed:

Enter the code “9999” to enter the Calibration routine. Enter the code one number at
a time using the following keys:
TXD
- increases the number
ZERO - reduces the number.
ENTER- accepts the number.
The display reads

Select required gauge type, adjust and calibrate using the appropriate work
instruction.
