Secton 10 - Mantenance

require that the cap be inspected more often.

Remove and discard the hydraulic tank breather cap.
Install a new cap onto the tank.

Hydraulic Oil Inspection

Replacement of the hydraulic oil is essential for good machine performance and service life. Dirty 
oil may cause the machine to perform poorly and continued use may cause component damage. 
Extremely dirty conditions may require oil changes to be performed more often.

Hydraulic oil should be replaced yearly. If the hydraulic oil is not replaced at the Annual Inspection, 
test the oil quarterly. Replace the oil when it fails the test.

NOTE: Perform this procedure with the platform in the stowed position������

Slide out the Component Tray.
Disconnect the battery pack from the machine.

ELECTROCUTION / BURN

REMOVE ALL RINGS, 
WATCHES AND OTHER 
JEWELRY������

Tag and disconnect the hydraulic pump outlet 
line and remove the line from the pump. Cap the 
fitting on the pump.
Loosen the bolts and remove the hydraulic power 
pack form the tray.
Open the oil plug of tank. Drain all of the oil into 
a suitable container.
Loosen and remove the bolts and separate the 
tank from the pump body.

Clean up any oil that may have spilled. Properly discard the used oil.
Clean the inside of the hydraulic tank using a mild solvent. Allow the tank to dry completely.
Install the hydraulic tank and install and tighten the hydraulic tank retaining fasteners. Torque to
