ANOMALY POSSIBLE CAUSES SOLUTIONS
The product works for a few minutes
and then switches off
Start-up phase is not completed Repeat start-up
Temporary power cut Wait for the automatic restart
Clogged smoke duct Clean the smoke duct
Faulty or malfunctioning temperature probes Check and replace the probes
Faulty spark plug Check the spark plug and replace it, if
necessary
Pellets accumulate in the brazier, the
glass of the door gets dirty and the
flame is weak
Insufficient combustion air Make sure there is an air inlet in the room
and it is not clogged. Check that the
combustion air filter on the Ø 5 cm air inlet
pipe is not clogged. Clean the brazier and
check that all the holes are clear. Perform
a general cleaning of the combustion
chamber and the smoke duct. Check the
state of the door gaskets
Damp or unsuitable pellets Change the type of pellets
Faulty smoke evacuation motor Check the motor and replace it, if necessary
The smoke evacuation motor does
not work
The product is not powered Check the motor and capacitor and replace
them, if necessary
The motor is faulty Check the mains voltage and the protection
fuse
Defective motherboard Replace the electronic board
Control panel broken Replace the control panel
The convection air fan never stops
Faulty or malfunctioning temperature
control probe
Check the probe and replace it, if necessary
Faulty fan Check the motor and replace it, if necessary
The remote control does not work
The remote control battery is flat Replace the batteries
Faulty remote control Replace the remote control
