Rear Disc Mower

Rotate each disc being worked on so that the blades are centred and facing forward.
A.
Then slide the installation lever in fully from the right-hand side, just behind the
blade.
B.
Push down fully on the lever, until the old worn blade can be removed. If the
opposite side of the blade is good, then simply invert it so that the new sharp
cutting edge is exposed.
C.
Otherwise, install a new replacement blade, whilst continuing to hold the lever
down.
D.
Allow the lever to return back up to neutral and check the blade to ensure it is
free to rotate, but is securely locked on the disc stub.
E.
Remove the installation lever from the right-hand side and continue onto the
next one until all mower blades have been inverted or replaced.
On completion, return the installation lever to its storage position and secure with the
linch pin, so it cannot become loose.
Ensure all access panels and curtains are lowered and secured.
WARNING: Replace damaged or missing blades immediately!
Replace damaged or missing blades immediately; ideally as a complete
set to prevent dangerous imbalanced rotation. Badly bent blades
spinning rapidly can cause irreparable damage to the mower bed.
