Click on ‘Synchronisation’ tab to
set how often the watch and web
portal are updated. Recommend that
synchronisation is set at Once/Hour.
Note: On-demand Tracking/Location
Finder and specific episodes like an
SOS emergency is updated on Portal
and Mobile Apps in real-time.
Wi-Fi frequency Setup
Carer can setup how often the watch
and mobile app are synchronised with
Wi-Fi location data; Tap on time and
day to select frequency.
To confirm setup tap on Save Button
(white square disc) to save.
GPS frequency Setup
Carer can setup how often the watch
and mobile app are synchronised with
GPS location data; Tap on time and
day to select frequency.
To confirm setup tap on Save Button
(white square disc) to save.
Activity (Step Readings via
Pedometer) & Non-Activity Feature
NOTE:
Only Activity Feature is
available with the SOS Mobile Watch
(SMW14).
Other Health Parameters can only be
set with the Advanced Watch that has
Bluetooth functionality.
Also Note that you can only have
one function working either Activity
reporting (Pedometer Readings) or
Non-Activity Alert function (report
whether wearer has no activity for
specific time interval).
NOTE:
Carers can only select one option at a time. Either Wi-Fi or
GPS Tracking, You cannot have both.
Fall Configuration NOTE:
These settings are not available on the
current SOS Mobile Watch SMW14 model.
