e) Sound-to-Light Mode
• Push the button UP (6) or DOWN (7) until SUxx is displayed (xx defines the sensitivity for music control).
• Select the desired sensitivity with the INC (8) and DEC (9) buttons.
• The effect light is controlled via an installed microphone in time with the music in sound-to-light mode. Set the
sensitivity of the music control so that the light effect changes in time with the music.
f) Slave Mode
• Push the button UP (6) or DOWN (7) until SLAVE is displayed.
• The effect light is controlled via the controller of the connected master device in slave mode.
Only one device in a master-slave-chain must be defined as master device. All other devices must be
defined as slave devices.
12. Handling
• Never connect the mains plug to a mains socket immediately after the device has been taken from a cold to a warm
environment. The resulting condensation may destroy the device. Allow the device to reach room temperature before
connecting it. Wait until the condensation has evaporated.
• Never pull the mains plug from the mains socket by the cable. Only pull it from the mains socket by the intended grip
areas.
• Unplug the mains plug from the mains socket if you are not using the device for an extended period of time.
• Disconnect the mains plug from the mains socket during thunderstorms for reasons of safety.
• Never put any filter foils, masks or other materials over the light exit. This may cause heat damage and danger of
fire.
• The device may heat up strongly during operation. Never touch the casing during operation. Let the effect light cool
off after operation before touching or cleaning the casing.
• Do not cover the device to ensure sufficient ventilation. Air circulation also must not be impaired by any objects like
magazines, tablecloths, curtains, etc. During operation, keep a minimum distance of 0.5 m around the device.
