Storage
• For practical storage purposes, the combi
fl
oor nozzle or the hard
fl
oor nozzle can be
hooked into the holder (
12
) on the back of the device and the telescopic tube (
3
) can
be collapsed as far as possible.
• The crevice and brush nozzle can be stored in the device.
For this purpose, the dust container must be removed
from the device (see picture).
• Store the device in a dry, clean place that is protected from sunlight and is not
accessible to children and animals.
Troubleshooting
If the device does not work properly,
fi
rst check whether you are able to rectify the prob-
lem yourself.
Do not attempt to repair a defective electrical device yourself!
Problem
Possible cause / solution / tips
The device
generates no
suction.
• Is the plug not inserted in the mains socket correctly? Correct
the
fi
t of the mains plug.
• Is the plug socket defective? Try another plug socket.
• Check the fuse of the mains connection.
• Are
the
fi
lters clogged? Clean all
fi
lters.
The performance is
weak.
• Is the exhaust air valve (
2
) in the handle open? Close the
exhaust air valve (
2
).
• Is the dust container (
7
) too full? Empty the dust container (
7
).
• Are
the
fi
lters heavily clogged? Clean all
fi
lters.
• Is the suction nozzle, the telescopic tube (
3
) or the suction
hose (
9
) clogged? Switch off the device, pull the mains plug
out of the plug socket and remove the cause of the blockage
(also see the “Assembly” chapter).
The suction noz-
zles do not stick
on the telescopic
tube (
3
).
• Has the big turbo nozzle just been used? When the big
turbo nozzle is removed, the adapter sleeve may remain
stuck on the telescopic tube (
3
). Please note that the other
suction nozzles can only be
fi
tted on the telescopic tube (
3
)
if the adapter sleeve has been removed from the telescopic
tube (
3
)!
Dust escapes from
the device during
cleaning.
• Is the dust container (
7
) not closed correctly and / or not
(correctly) inserted into the device? Correct the
fi
t of the dust
container (
7
).
