See recipes of dishes in the recipe book
(supplied with the unit). All recipes are to be
taken as recommendations as the required
amount and proportions of the ingredients
may vary depending on local peculiarities
of the food and altitude above sea level.
USE OF THE MULTICOOKER
•
Put the food into the bowl (9) following the rec-
ommendations given in the recipe (see Recipe
book).
Note:
Make sure that the products and liquids level
doesn’t exceed the level of maximal mark
«3.5» and is not lower than the level of minimal
mark «0.5». Maximal level mark for porridges
(except rice) is «2.5».
Note:
For cooking thin milk porridges the recommended
proportion of rice and water is 1:3.
•
Make sure that the outer surface of the bowl
(9) is clean and dry, set the bowl (9) into the
unit process chamber; the bowl (9) should be
placed evenly and in secure contact with the
heating element (11) surface.
Notes:
Do not use the bowl (9) for washing cereals
and do not chop products in it, this can dam
age the ceramic coating.
Make sure that there are no foreign objects,
dirt or water drops in the process chamber
and on the bottom of the bowl (9).
Wipe the outer surface and the bottom of the
bowl (9) dry before use.
In the middle of the heating element (11) there
is a temperature sensor (12). Make sure that
free movement of the sensor (12) is not limited.
•
If you steam products, pour water into the bowl
(9) so that boiling water doesn’t reach the bot-
tom of the basket for steam cooking (25). Put
the basket for steam cooking (25) with food
into the bowl (9).
•
Close the lid (4) until click.
•
Insert the power cord connector into the sock-
et (10) and the power cord plug into the mains
socket, you’ll hear a sound signal and the but-
ton (21) indicator will be flashing.
•
Use the button (15) «MENU» to select the
required cooking program, the corresponding
program indicator will be flashing.
•
Press the button (20) to quickly switch to the
«Multicook» program. Set the «Multicook» pro-
gram as it is described in the “«t°» button (20)”
section.
Note:
The «Multicook» mode is intended for
advanced users with sufficient cooking expe
rience. Due to this mode you can set the tem
perature within the range from +40° to +160°С
and set the cooking duration time depending
on your taste and cooking skills.

To change the program operation time press
the “TIME“ button (19), the default program
operation time will be flashing on the display,
and then set the cooking time with the buttons
(17) «+/HOURS» and (18) «-/MINUTES» (see
«Cooking programs» table).
To set the cooking end time do the following
steps:
•
If the current time is not set, set it as described
above in the chapter «CURRENT TIME
SETTING».
•
To set the time by which the cooking process will
be finished, select the required cooking program
with the button (15) «MENU» and then press the
button (32) «DELAYED START», the symbol (32)
“delayed start” will appear on the display (3) and
the button (32) indicator will be flashing. Press
the «+/Hours» (17) and «–/Minutes» (18) buttons
to set the cooking end time.
Note:
Time setting step: hours – one hour;
minutes – 5 minutes.
•
To launch the program press the button (21)
«START», the «START» button indicator will
light up.
•
When cooking is finished, you’ll hear a sound
signal, the unit will be switched to the keep
warm mode, the display (3) will show the time of
the multicooker operation in hours, the indica-
tor of the button (14) «Keep warm» will light up.
•
To switch the keep warm mode off press the
button (14) «Keep warm /CANCEL», the button
(14) «Keep warm» indicator will go out.
Note: You can switch the unit from the standby
mode to the keep warm mode by pressing the
button (14) «Keep warm».
•
After you finish cooking, unplug the unit and
remove the power cord connector from the
socket (10).
Note:
•
Despite the unit keeps the ready dish
warm for 24 hours, it is not recommended
to leave the cooked food in the bowl for a
long time, because this may spoil the food.
