6. Troubleshooting Guide 

 

Cluster is not counting service hours or odometer traveled distance:

  

Cluster is reading hour counter from J1939 Network, check command availability on vehicle and 

network communication.

  

 

Cluster is displaying dashes on gauges:

  

Check network communication and monitoring signal availability

  

 

During Flashing process Tool is displaying a popup message “Cluster does not respond command to 

enter bootloader”:

  

 

1.

 

Cluster is ready and waiting to receive firmware update, from previous suspended update task.

Cluster is not processing “Enter Bootloader Command” reset Cluster to then retry.
