Warning
This instrument generates HIGH VOLTAGE., HIGH ENERGY.
Ignoring the instructions for safe operation of the power supply may result to DEATH
or BODILY INJURY due electric shock. Please follow the instructions.
Caution
Always operate the unit with the top cover on.
3-1 Operation
1.Insure that the power switch is in the OFF position (0).
2.Turn the output voltage setting dial (VOLTAGE) and the output current setting dial (CURRENT)
counterclockwise and make sure the dials read “0"
3.
Connect the AC power cable and Ground wire product as shown in Section 1-4-3 (How to GROUND).
To ensure your safety during installation, make sure the unit is always grounded.
4.
Attach the output cable to the load.(1-4-4 Connecting to load)
5.Connect the enclosed AC line input cable to AC input connector on the rear panel.
(1-4-2 Connecting AC line input cord.)
Check the input voltage indication on the rear panel whether AC input voltage is correct or not.
6.
Select the POWER ON/OFF switch to ON(1), and the meter lamp is lit for stand-by.
7.
Turn the OUTPUT ON/OFF switch to the ON position. The red indicator (OUTPUT ON LED ) will

ON/OFF switch to the ON position, wait 10 seconds or more, and then operate the power supply.)
8.
Turn the output voltage setting dial (VOLTAGE) to set to an desired output voltage.
Turn the output current setting dial (CURRENT) to set the desired output current.
CC LED is lit up when the unit is in constant current mode.
Move the dial locking lever in the arrow direction as shown in the right figure,
and the set voltage and the set current can be locked.
The output voltage and the output current are indicated by the front panel meter.
9.
To end the operation, set the output voltage setting dial to 0(leave it as it is in case the same voltage
is used again for next time), turn OUTPUT ON/OFF switch off first, and then turn POWER ON/OFF
switch to off.
Warning: Never touch the load immediately after the operation ends. It is very dangerous.
