System for 1000 l IBC container

Mount electric diaphragm pump (E) on the pump bracket (A)
as per the illustration

Ensure that the rubber damper (F) is mounted between the
pump foot (G) and the plate (A)

Observe the suction side and discharge side of the pump.
The flow direction is marked on the front side of the
pump with an arrow

Mount suction and delivery hose with corresponding
accessories such as hose clamps (H), nozzle (I)
or meter on the pump.
For both systems
Before commissioning the system, inspect all connecting
positions for firm seating and tightness.

Insert the 220V mains plug into the socket or connect the battery terminals.

For the 12V - 24V version, first connect the + pole and then the - pole to the battery.

Ensure that the pump is switched off.

The pump is now ready for use.

Maintenance and care:
The electric diaphragm pump is maintenance free.
Regularly check the pressure-carrying parts (pressure hose and nozzle) and the live parts of the
pump for possible damage or wear.. Replace defective parts immediately with original parts.
In order to avoid crystallization of the urea solution in the pump, the system must be completely
emptied and rinsed with a neutral liquid (water) when not in use for 2 weeks or longer.

Type specification, designation of the ET, order number
