Repair / maintenance
Disconnect the power supply (pull the mains plug) and relieve the pressure on the system by
opening the nozzle before carrying out any repair or maintenance work.
Regularly check the pressure-carrying parts (delivery hose) and the live parts for possible
damage. Replace defective parts immediately with original parts.
The use of non-original accessories, e.g. hose lines, connections, may entail the risk of accidents
in individual cases. No liability can be accepted for accidents and damage caused by third-party
parts.
Conversion or modification of the system is only permitted after consultation with the
manufacturer.
The operational safety of the unit is only guaranteed if it is used as intended.
Maintenance, inspection and repair work may only be carried out by qualified personnel.
Caution: hot components only cool down gradually after switching off.

Intended use / warranty:
The electric diaphragm pump is suitable for transferring and filling AdBlue urea solutions, water
and antifreeze.
Flammable liquids (petrol, diesel), solvents and liquids with a viscosity > 20 cSt must not be
conveyed with the pumps.
Any other use, as well as conversion or modification of the system is only permitted after
consultation with the manufacturer.
We are subject to the scope of the statutory warranty obligation (see our terms of delivery) If the
operating instructions are observed and the system is used as intended.
In case of warranty claims, please include your invoice together with the date of purchase

Scope of delivery:
The individual components are shown on page 9.

Commissioning and operation:
System for 200 l plastic drums

Mount pump bracket (A) according to the illustration.

Mount 4x carriage bolt (B) with lock nut.

Mount 2x wing nut (C) with washer.

Insert pistol holder (D) into the pump holder.

Mount electric diaphragm pump (E) on the pump
bracket (A) as per the illustration

Ensure that the rubber damper (F) is mounted between
the pump foot (G) and the plate (A)

Observe the suction side and delivery side of the pump.
The flow direction is marked on the front side of the
pump with an arrow

Mount suction and delivery hose with corresponding
accessories such as hose clamps (H), nozzle (I)
or meter on the pump.
