Description:
The manual oil dispenser may only be used for clean lubricating, engine and gear oil.
Any other use, modifications or changes to the device are only permitted after prior
consultation with the manufacturer.
All safety instructions must be adhered to.
1. Components:
1 - Handle 11 - Protective cover
2 - Tool tray 12 - Ventilation flap
3 - Pump handle 13 - Wheel
4 - Hand pump 14 - Drip cup
5 - Container 15 - Eyelet
6 - Level indicator 16 - Sealing plugs
7 - Delivery hose
8 - Shut-off valve
9 - Discharge pipe
10 - Filling funnel
2. Assembly instructions
2.1 - Remove product and accessories from packaging.
2.2 - Fasten the handle (1) and tool tray (2).
2.3 - The device is now ready for use.
3. Fill tank
3.1 - Remove the protective cover (11) from the filling funnel (10).
3.2 - Open the sealing plugs (16) of the container (5).
3.3 - Fill container (5) with clean oil.
Note the level indicator (6).
3.4 - Screw in the sealing plugs (16) of the container (5) but do not
tighten so that the container is sufficiently vented.
3.5 - Place the protective cover (11) on the filling funnel (10).
and open venting cap.
3.6 - The oil dispenser is now ready for use.
4. Dispense oil:
4.1 - Open shut-off valve (8) and insert the drain pipe (9) into oil inlet
of the device to be filled with oil.
4.2 - Move up and down to move the pump lever (3).
4.3 - Once the filling process is complete, close the shut-off valve (8)
and attach the outlet pipe (9) on the eyelet (14) of
the oil dispenser.
