Correction of
Skewed Folds
Machines with friction feeder F 35 or air feeder S 32:
Adjust the paper guides or air
brackets on the feeder in such
a way that the leading edge of
the sheet is parallel to the fold
rollers. (1).

Machines with air feeder PBA 35:
By turning the adjusting wheel (2), adjust the
register rail in such a way that the leading edge
of the sheet is parallel to the fold rollers.

Machines with roller table:
By turning the knurled screw (3), adjust the
register rail of the roller table in such a way
that the leading edge of the sheet is parallel
to the fold rollers.

Out-of-Square
Paper
If the paper is not cut precisely at right angles, the folded
sheets may show "points".
By turning a knurled screw (4), the fold plate stop can be
adapted to the angle of the sheets.
•
Turning the screw clockwise:
The right side of the fold plate stop moves down.
•
Turning the screw counter-clockwise:
The right side of the fold plate stop moves up.

Make this correction only on the first fold plate.
