caramel coffee cream
1 cup fresh strong coffee
5 tablespoons caramel ice cream topping
Whipped cream
Ground cinnamon
Pour coffee into mug. Add caramel topping, stir until blended. Top with
whipped cream, sprinkle with cinnamon. Serves 1.
Mocha Brownies
1 – 9” x 13” Pillsbury boxed brownie mix
2 large eggs
1/2 cup melted butter
1/4 cup fresh strong coffee
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 9” x 13” pan with cooking spray. Mix all
ingredients except chocolate chips and pecans in a large bowl. Mix well.
Stir in chocolate chips and pecans. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake for 25 – 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Remove
and cool on a wire rack. May be frosted if desired. Serves 24.
