Until the grid is repositioned correctly and the micro switch is depressed, the machine will not turn on and it will not
be operational. This avoids exposing the operator to any risk of cutting or trapping caused by the rotation of the
blades.
IMPORTANT : Remember that to correctly position the grid in the machine, you must fasten it with the four side
latches.

Maintenance
IMPORTANT: Maintenance work must always be done with the machine stopped and with the electrical connector
disconnected. Always wear protective gloves for maintenance operations.
To obtain a nominal amount of product and make efficient use of the machine, it must be cleaned regularly. The
intensity and frequency of the washes will depend on the conditions of the raw material input. Master Products
recommends washing the rack and blades at least once every 4 hours of operation. For optimal cleaning, use hot
water and Master Clean liquid. We recommend washing and sanitizing the other parts of the machine at the end of
each working day (8-12 h).
NOTE: Sharpen the blades when cutting efficiency decreases.
For a finer cut, we recommend spraying the blade of the knives with vegetable oil once the cleaning operations are
finished.
