Position 1
This exercise strengthens your inner thighs. Place it between your knees , down the center . Place the handle to not
slip away . Repeat the exercise in several series.
Position 2
In this exercise, strengthen the outer thighs and hips. Sit back legged and Body trimer put under one knee (may take
a while to find a comfortable position). Second hand give into the ground and push your knees down to the floor.
Repeat the exercise for both legs and in several series.
