3. Attach stabilizing plates
(E) on both ends of
assembled legs using 8
screws (AA) and 8
flange nuts (FF).

4. Thread the axle (F)
through the holes at the
end of front legs (B). The
axle will extend from the
outside of both legs. Put
a wheel (G) on both
ends of the axle. Insert
the cotter pin (II) in the
end of each axle to hold
wheels in place.
