This chapter covers basic troubleshooting and repair information. Service should be done by
authorized service personnel only.
Troubleshooting NomoLine ISA Devices
Symptom
Possible Cause
Correction
The NomoLine ISA
values are not
displayed on host
monitor
•
NomoLine ISA device
requires a power cycle
•
Host device is not
configured correctly or is
incompatible with the
NomoLine ISA device
•
Disconnect and reconnect
the NomoLine ISA device
connector at the host device.
•
Verify that the host device is
correctly configured and
compatible with the
NomoLine ISA device.
LEGI indicator is dark
(indicator is off)
•
NomoLine ISA device is
not plugged in to the host
monitor connector
•
Sampling line not plugged
in to NomoLine ISA device
completely
•
Internal error
•
Verify the NomoLine ISA
device connection to the
host monitor.
•
Disconnect and reconnect
the sampling line to the
NomoLine ISA device.
•
The NomoLine ISA device
requires service. See
Return
Procedure
on page 35.
LEGI indicator blinking
red
•
Sampling line obstructed
(occlusion)
•
Inspect sampling line for
occlusion (blockage, kink in
line).
•
Replace sampling line.
LEGI indicator steady
red
•
NomoLine ISA device
requires a power cycle
•
Internal error
•
Disconnect and reconnect
the NomoLine ISA device
connector at the host device.
•
If persistent, the NomoLine
ISA device requires service.
