Connection of the joint to the line «SL»
Rotate the joint so as to align the SL attachment in
correspondence with that of the tractor.
Push the joint forward to complete the atachment.
IMPORTANT!
Do not connect the double hydraulic line brake system to tractors that do not comply with the provisions
of 167/2013/EU.
Before transferring the machine, check the correct operation of the system by performing some test braking.
Naturally in this configuration the tractor pedal simultaneously activates the braking on the machine hubs.
The double hydraulic line brake system generates automatic activation of the brakes when the circuit is interrupted
or without pressure.
With the equipment connected to the tractor, the parking brake of the tractor automatically activates the parking
brake of the equipment.
Valve selector in position “0”.
After the connection, turn on the tractor.
Check the charging of the accumulator using the appropriate light of low pressure indicator, located
on the dashboard of the tractor, which have to be OFF.
The device now allows normal braking functions using the actuation of the tractor's brakes.
The device is also ready to activate the emergency braking if the trailer is disconnected from the tractor.
Instead, if the low pressure light indicator turns on:
with the tractor stopped, do some test braking in order to charge the accumulator.
With the accumulator charged, the low pressure light indicator automatically turns off.
Once the check is complete, switch off the tractor.
Get off from the tractor and disconnect the mechanical parking device of the rounda baler.
