5.6 TROUBLESHOOTING 

 

TROUBLE CAUSE 

 

REMEDY 

Stretch ratio too high 

Reduce the stretch ratio 

Film tensioner rollers blocked 

Check that roller drive works correctly 

Damaged film reel 

Check the state of the film 

Rotation speed too high 

Reduce the tractor engine rpm 

Irregularly shaped bale 

Improve bale shape 

Film tears during stretching 

Glue on film tensioner rollers 

Clean film tensioner rollers with
