The position displays X , Y and Z are assigned to the following
ports:
Display Port
X Encoder 1 or ABS/SSI 1
Y Encoder 2 or ABS/SSI 2
Z Encoder 3 or ABS/SSI 3
Each position display (X, Y, Z) can
either
show the position
values of the incremental measuring system which is connected
to the corresponding
Encoder port
or
the position values of the
absolute measuring system which is connected to the corre-
sponding
ABS/SSI port.
It depends on the settings in the Encoder menu which position
values are shown by the position displays X , Y and Z .
