Map notes
You may add notes to your current map by pressing on the "Map Notes" button. Here
you may want to store information such as your map control triggers, what cues the
map is associated to, which performer will wear each tracker, what each layer is for,
your lighting base channels, and so on. This information will always be available with the
map, so that you will not lose it. In addition, you may print the notes to have a hard
copy.
WORKING OFFLINE
It is not necessary to have the MLD hardware installed on the PC to design maps. It is
possible, for example, to define all map characteristics for a show in a portable
computer provided you know which fixtures will be used at the actual show. You can
set the interactive perimeter by entering the size of the area that you will be tracking in
the editor’s “Options” dialog box. Once the hardware is installed and the system
configured, you may fine tune any behaviour curves.
