Replace the rigging pins to hold the bars in the up position (fig. 90).

Raise the rear of the WPL which will hinge on the front pins. Swing the ground-stack bar up until the upper hole is aligned with the lowest
hole on the WPL rear rigging bracket (fig. 91).
