210 ml milk
First heat/froth the milk with your milk frother MARTELLO
“My Milky Pro”. Fill the glass with the milk and foam and let
it rest for about 60 seconds. Now put the glass under the
coffee outlet of your MARTELLO espresso machine and let
the coffee pour into the glass, so that the coffee builds a
layer between milk and milk foam.
VANILLA CAPPUCCINO
1 tbsp of vanilla sugar
50 ml milk
40 ml MARTELLO -
Crema Gusto
Some cocoa powder
Heat/froth the milk with your milk frother MARTELLO “My
milky Pro”. Then add vanilla sugar to the milk and stir it.
Prepare your Espresso from your MARTELLO espresso
machine as shown in the instruction manual. Now pour
the milk and foam into the coffee mug, on top of the
Espresso. Finally put some cocoa powder on top.
