Warranty conditions
The heating was made of high quality material. All parts have been inspected and
found to be safe, the warranty is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
Keep all purchase documents together with the instructions. Proof of purchase will
be required when applying warranty claims.
Complaints of goods are governed by the Czech legal order.
The warranty covers all defects caused by manufacturing faults or material defects.
We recommend that you review its completeness when purchasing the product.
After purchasing the heating, we recommend checking the integrity of the
transport packaging and heating or other degradation. In case of any damage,
please inform the dealer immediately.
If the heater shows obvious defects that occur immediately after commissioning
and for which equipment can not be used, defects must be applied by the buyer to
the seller without undue delay.
If a fault is detected on the individual parts of the heating system, complain only
the defective part.
The heating must be installed and operated in accordance with the instructions in
this manual.
Warranty does not apply to: Worn due to improper installation, improper use,
improper storage. Partial loss of color fastness due to sunlight. Defects caused by
mechanical damage. Defects caused by the influence of natural forces. Defects
caused by the use of non-standard chemicals. Normal wear and tear of the device in
accordance with the nature and the time of its use.
