• Use the pool cover exclusively and always in combination with a suitable pool.
Being applied to an unsuitable pool can not only lead to irreparable damage to
property, but to serious injuries, too.
• Never close the roof if anyone is inside.
• Prohibition of handling and use of the roofed pool by persons in need of
supervision.
• Maintain always a safety zone around the pool and roof at least 2 meters around
the roofed pool and 2.5 meters above the highest point of the enclosed roof.
• Keep your hands and fingers away from moving parts of the roof.
• To prevent damage or injury from possible wind gusts, always open the roof
completely and anchor the straps supplied with the product.
• Never hang anything on the roof and do not use it as storage space.
• When maintaining water with chemicals, always take care not to damage the roof
by careless handling or due to improper use of chemicals. Never use excessive
amounts of chemicals or concentrated chlorine.
• Never leave the roof unattended if it is partially open. In adverse weather
conditions, open the roof and anchor it, see above.
Maintenance
• Avoid keeping the water in the roof when it is folded - risk of damaging the mica
section.
• Check regularly the pool roof for loose parts and tighten the screw connections if
necessary.
• Never use cleaning agents, brushes, scouring pads on the roof, but only cold water
and a soft cloth.
• The roofing material cannot withstand frost, so it is necessary to uninstall and
store the roofing out of season. Make sure any time that the roof is dry before
storing. The roof is intended for summer seasonal use only.
• If any part of the roof is visibly damaged, it is forbidden to use the roof and it is
required to dismantle it.
Storage
• Before storing the roof, make sure that all components are clean and dry.
• Fold the mica part loosely several times. When folding, make sure that there are
no sharp folds that could damage the product.
• Store the roof in a dry, temperate environment at temperatures between 10 °C
and 40 °C. We recommend using a desiccant.
