Dolby Digital Setup
Dual mono
– Optional settings: Stereo, L-mono, R-mono,
Mix—mono.
Dynamic
– Sets the linear compression ratio to get different
compression results. Optional settings: Off, 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, Full.
Choose stereo in dolby digital setup as stereo signal, choose
L-monn for left channel signal, choose R-monn for right channel
signal. Chose Mix-monn for mix signal.

T\/ Type
– Sets the TV system. Optional Settings; PAL, NTSC,

Audio
– Sets the default audio language when playing a
DVD.

– Sets the default subtitle when playing a DVD.
Disc Menu
– Sets the default language menu when playing
a DVD.
Parental
– Enable parental luck when playing DVD. Users are
required to enter a password (set inthe password setup) when
playing certain rating DVD titles. Optional settings: KID, G, PG,
PG13, PGR, R, NC17, Adult.
Password
– Enable password for changing parental look.

Playing
Playing DVD/VCD/SVCD/CD/HDCD
General instruction
Put the DVDNCD/SVCD/CD/HDCD disc inside the disc tray.
Close the tray. The player will automatically start to play the
disc.
Some DVDs have built-in title menus. The player will automati-
cally show the title menu ofthe disc. You can always go back to
the title menu by pressing button, or go back to the initial menu
by pressing the DVD Nlenu button.
Some VCDs and SVCDs have (playback control) menus. The
player will show this menu first unless you disable the „PBC”
function in the Preference setup. You can always jump back
to a PBC number directly on the remote control, You can fast
forward/review (up to 32X) or slow playback (up to 1/16) on a
DVDNCD/SVCD.
