operation erratic in
one direction only.

Crane not level.

Level crane using outriggers.

Turntable bearing binding due to
continuous limited swing. (Example:
concrete pourer.)

Rotate machine 360 degrees in both
directions several times and lubricate
bearing.

Restricted hose or fitting.
