The maximum attention must be taken when the
machine is operated under maintenance mode!
Maintenance mode system operations must be performed from
qualified staff. This operation mode is used for a complete system
parts check and troubleshooting.
When notching motor is running under maintenance
mode it is absolute forbidden to get close to the
notching system (4)

Movement check: when one part moves, the LED of the correspon-
ding micro switch/sensor/motor, lights up.
• BOOK SENSOR: if active means the papers are located into
the book clamp;
• NIPPING TABLE LOW POS.: indicates the lower dead point of
the nipper table is reached;
• NOTCHING: is active when the notching motor is running;
• COVER SENSOR: is activated when a cover is positioned on
the nipper table;
• ENCODER: is the value referred to the actual nipper table
position;
• NIPPER TABLE: if active it means the nipper table have
reached the lower position;
• READY MACHINE: if the countdown is running, it means the
glueing system have reached the operation temperature and
this is the time (in seconds) remained for the machine to be
on READY status;

Position
• ZERO: if the machine is in this position, then the LED is green
and the machine can work in the MAN or AUTO or STAND
mode. To bring the machine back to ZERO, press the RESET
button. If the notching setting is changed the machine will
perform an automatic reset, even when the machine stops
at the end of a cycle or when it has just been restart, press
RESET to bring it back to the ZERO position.
ATTENTION: the RESET button works only if the machine has
reached the working temperature. If the machine is not ready
yet, please wait until it reaches the working temperature
