2 RULES AND CONDITIONS OF USE
2.1 LEGAL REGULATIONS
Since this is the machine where the components of command and control take on considerable importance for the quality and precision
machining and also with regard to the safety of the machine operators has been made in conformity with the Directives 2006/42/EC
known as “Machine Directive”, 2006/95/EC “Low Voltage” and EMC 2004/108/EC “Electromagnetic Compatibility”.
2.2 BLENDED REGULATIONS
The risk assessment performed in accordance with the Essential Health and Safety Requirements of the aforementioned European and
national laws followed the instructions in the Harmonized Standard UNI EN ISO 12100:2100.
It produced the design and construction of the safety devices described in Section relative to the application of signals above.
Given the importance of controls and on-board control has been followed with particular attention to the Harmonized Standard CEI EN
60204. It is also of relevance to any aspects of electromagnetic compatibility.
2.3 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Operators must read and follow this manual carefully and familiarise themselves with the correct operating and maintenance procedures
of the appliance. Failure to observe the rilevant safety rules may result in the injury to the operator and may cause damage to the machine.
Keep this manual for future reference and to support Staff training. Keep this manual together with the product in the event that you sell
or give it to a new user.
2.4 WARRANTY
We are glad to inform you, that an European Comunity Directive regarding the sale and the guarantee of consumer goods has been in-
corporated in the Italian Laws through Legislative Decree 2 February 2002 n.24. Such Directive explains a distinction between consumer
goods for private use and professional use.
In particular the new standard applies exclusively to consumer goods for private use, while the consumer goods for professional and en-
trepreneurial use will be regulated by the normal general discipline on the sale provided by the civil code. In order to distinguish which use
will be adopted a proof of purchase receipt will be required to prove the exlusive private use, while in the evento fo purchase with invoice,
the guarantee will be valid in the terms provided from professional and entrepreneurial use.

• in order to demand repair in guarantee you must contct the MAMO service centre. If the Clauses of Guarantee are respected, the
appliance will be repaired od replaced without expenses .
For any other problem or require needed to integrate the indications provided in the User Manual of the purchased item, the MAMO com-
pany put a technical servicing to your disposal.
