WHAT IS ACTUALLY SMOOTHIE AND WHAT IS IT GOOD FOR?
It‘s very healthy, thick, blended until smooth drink made of fruits and vegetables, which is not preserved in
any way, and thus has a higher nutritional value without the content of the various preservatives. It is an ideal
alternative for example as the morning, well absorbable breakfast full of minerals, trace elements, vitamins
and antioxidants (substances that protect cells against disease and cancer).
The advantage is clearly that in one drink you get the necessary vitamins and nutritional elements
which you usually will not eat. Smoothie contains all the ingredients that squeezed juices do not have. These
are the skin, pulp and fiber. Preserved fiber will reduce the glycemic index of drink, thereby reducing the impact
of fast sugars from which one fattens really fast, while they better fill up. Moreover, smoothie combines fruits
and vegetables, or other beneficial plants such as green barley, nuts, dried fruits, yoghurt, milk, juice, psyllium,
chia seeds, oat flakes, honey, molasses, carob powder, or spirulina (a substance rich on minerals and vitamins,
food supplements and dietary source of vitality and energy).
