Check List before Request for Service
When the problem occurs, please check the following list before service request.
When the machine cannot find the station
· Check whether the charging station’s blue indicator is turned
on and plug of the adapter is plugged correctly.
· Check whether [doc] is displayed in the status window on
the Mamirobot.
· Check whether there are any foreign substances on the
charge terminal or sensors.
·Check whether there is any obstacle within 1.5 m radius.
When charging adapter is not working
· Check whether the adapter is supplied by the manufacturer.
· Check whether the power plug of the adapter is plugged
correctly into the supply and green indicator is turned on.
When the machine moves slowly
· Remove the foreign substance from wheels and stators of
wheel.
Week Vacuuming
· Remove the foreign substance from the main brush or brush
stator.
· Check the status of installation of dust bin or dust filter.
When the machine moves backward with
pressing start button
· Remove the foreign substance from sensors, and check the
bumper.
When the remote controller does not work
· Check the batteries for wrong direction or make sure the
main machine’s status is stand-by. Sometimes the battery
may be discharged due to its distribution. In this case, try
again with other batteries.
