Check again for bubbles in the cell. Tap the cell gently to dislodge these.

Ensure that both electrodes on the inside of the cell are completely immersed
in the sample.

Remove the syringe and insert a cell stopper in each port:

Remove any liquid spilt on the outer part of the electrodes and the outside of
the cell.
