DISMANTLING THE HEAD

- Remove the spark plug.
- Manually rotate the engine shaft in the operating direc-

tion to correctly align the rocker arm with the cam

(A)

- Loosen the 2 screws

(1)

- Gradually loosen the four head nuts

in crossed order.

- Remove the 4 nuts, washers and 2 screws.
- Remove the valve rocker arm bracket

- Remove the timing chain

- Slide out the cam shaft
