M6 Hex nut
Flat washer 9
Wrench 10
Spiral bevel gear 13
4. Pull off Armature from Gear
housing complete.
5. Disassemble Spiral bevel gear 13 from Armature by removing
M6 Hex nut with Wrench 10.
(2) Remove Spiral bevel gear 13 and Ball bearings from Armature. (

6. Remove Ball bearing 629ZZ and Flat washer 9 from the Fan side using 1R269. And then, remove Ball bearing
607ZZ from Commutator end.

ASSEMBLING
Assemble by reversing the disassembly procedure. (Refer to

Note in assembling:
When Gear housing complete is assembled to Motor housing,
Spindle must be positioned on the opposite side of Switch lever.
