flat portion of Spindle
1) Hold 1R139 with vise. Fit the flat portion of Spindle to 1R139. (Fig. 2)
2) Hold 1R228 with Drill chuck. Turn Drill chuck counterclockwise with 1R228, 134873-0, 1R224 and 1R223.

Note: Use a pipe wrench to remove Drill chuck, if the sleeve of Drill chuck does not turn because of some troubles
with Drill chuck. Grip the periphery of the sleeve with wrench, and turn the wrench counterclockwise.
3) Remove Gear housing from Motor housing by unscrewing three 4x25 Tapping screws. And remove Retaining ring
WR-12 from Spindle. (Fig. 4)
Note: Steel ball 3.5 and Pin 4 may be fallen off from Spindle. Be careful not to lose them.
4) Put Gear housing over 1R037 and Apply 1R284 on Spindle's end. And remove Spindle with Arbor press.
Conical compression spring 15-24 pops out together with Spindle. Helical gear 37 can be removed. (Fig. 5)
