1. Repair of Armature

   Disassembly:

   1) Remove Tapping screw4x18(6 pcs) , Handle cover, 

and Carbon brush. (See Fig. 1)

   2) Remove Tapping screw5x20 (4pcs) , and separate 

Clunk housing from Motor 

       housing. (See Fig.2)

    3) Remove Countersunk head screwM4x12(2pcs) and 

Armature. ( See Fig.3)

Assembly:

1) After installing Bearing retainer68 and Flat washer12, 

attach Ball bearing 

      6206201DDW.  Then install Retaining ring (axis) S-

12.  ( See Fig.4)
