[3]-3. Terminal Cover

Assemble Terminal cover to Charger case as described in 

Fig. 5

1. Set Compression spring 4 (231474-6/ 

2 pcs)

 in place

    on the back of Terminal cover as illustrated below.

2. Compressing each Compression spring 4 (231474-6),
    insert the boss on the back of Terminal cover into
    the oval hole of Charger case, then fit the end of
    each Compression spring 4 in the recessed portion
    of Charger case as illustrated below.

ASSEMBLING

3. Assemble Terminal cover to Charger case
    by tightening PT3x10 Tapping screw.

  

    

Note:

    0.5 N.m is the recommended tightening
    torque for smooth sliding of Terminal cover.
