(1) Remove Bumper and Hammer case cover from the machine. (

(2) Separate Housing (R) from Housing (L), then remove Hammer case section from Motor section. (

(3) Remove Bearing box complete from Hammer case complete. (
Fig. 4

(4) Separate Hammer case complete. (

(5) Bit holder section and Anvil can now be disassembled (

Ring spring 11
Sleeve
Raise this side (opposite to the expanded side) with index finger
when removing Ring spring 11.
Press the top of Sleeve
with thumb so as no to allow
Compression spring 13
to pop out and away.
Expand the end gap of
Ring spring 11 with 1R291.
Flat washer 12, Compression spring 13 and
Sleeve can now be removed from Anvil.
Anvil and Nylon washer 14 can now be removed from
Hammer case complete.
Be careful not to lose Steel ball 3.5.
