Warranty
The instrument we have supplied has been de-
signed and manufactured with utmost care. A fur-
ther thorough check has been performed before
shipment.
We therefore guarantee compliance with the ap-
plicable safety provisions, sound workmanship and
error-free function.
The duration, terms and conditions of the warranty
are set out in Mahr GmbH’s General Terms and
Conditions of Delivery or the applicable purchase
agreement.
Please also refer to the enclosed service
plan, which contains basic information
about the maintenance intervals to be ob-
served. The required service intervals vary
according to the range of applications.
Proof of regular maintenance may be one
of the conditions for accepting any claims
under warranty.
Provided no other agreements have been made,
the following terms and conditions apply:
The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear
or defects caused by incorrect handling, improper
use or failure to comply with the operating instruc-
tions. In particular, the manufacturer shall only be
held responsible for the instrument’s function and
safety provided that any intervention in the instru-
ment outside the scope of the work described in
the operating instructions is carried out exclusively
by the manufacturer or by persons appointed by
him.
The extreme precision of this instrument is only
guaranteed when original Mahr accessories are
used.
Loss of warranty:
Storage temperatures below –10 °C or
above +50 °C and relative humidity levels
above 85 % will invalidate the warranty for
the instrument.
