Introduction
The carrier frequency amplifier Millimar 1901/TA
(order no. 5319011) amplifies the electrical signals
of Mahr inductive probes.
The carrier frequency amplifier amplifies, demodu-
lates and filters the input signal. The thus processed
signal is fed to the output (AUSGANG), the size
of the output voltage being directly proportional to
the size of the input signal (i.e. the deflection of the
probe spindle). In addition to the output voltage an
output current of ±5 mA is also available.
The load connected to the output must be larger
than 5 kOhm whereas the load across the current
output must not exceed 2 kOhm.
The voltage output may be used for cable lengths
of up to 10 m. Please note that for cable length
above 2 m a conventional 100 Ohm resistor must
be connected in series to the output voltage line
inside the 3-pole connector.
The 1901/TA is fixed to the rack with two M5
screws the head diameter of which must be larger
than 10 mm.
