ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
MAGNUM INDUSTRIAL MI-91350 DELUXE 14" WOOD BAND SAW
ATTACHING DUST PORT
The 91-350 has a 4" DUST PORT (A) that connects the saw
to a dust collection system. To install the DUST PORT (A) ,
s ee Figures 17 and 18, and follow these steps:
1. Align the three holes in the DUST PORT (A) with the three
HOLES (B) located at the rear of the machine.
2. Thread SCREWS (C) through the eyelets on the DUST
PORT (A) into the HOLES (B) on the saw.
3. Tighten SCREWS (C) until DUST PORT (A) is securely in
place. See Figure 18.
RIP FENCE AND RAIL
This saw is equipped with a T-fence and guide rail system.
Follow all assembly and adjustment instructions in the manual
supplied in the box with the fence system.
MITRE GAUGE
The mitre gauge rides in the TABLE SLOT (D) to the right of
the blade and can be set to ANY ANGLE UP TO 30° TO THE
LEFT OR RIGHT (E) . You can also use the mitre gauge to feed
smaller workpieces through the blade. See Figure 19.
CORD HOOKS
When the saw is not in use, unplug it and wind the cord around
the two provided
CORD HOOKS (F) . This keeps the cord off of
the floor and out of harm’s way.
Attach the CORD HOOKS (F) with two Phillips head bolts to
the THREADED HOLES (G) on the back of the upper arm of
the band saw. See Figure 20.
