Warranty
ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Magnadyne Corporation or it s authorized agent s will within one year from the date of s ale
to you, repair, replace or refund the retail s ale s price of s aid product or any part thereof, at
the option of the Magnadyne Corporation or it s authorized agent s , if s aid product or part
i s found defective in material s or workman s hip, when properly connected and operating on
the correct power requirement s de s ignated for the s pecific product. Thi s warranty and
Magnadyne Corporation or it s authorized agent’ s obligation s hereunder do not apply where
the product wa s ; damaged while in the po ss e ss ion of the con s umer, s ubjected to unrea-
s onable or unintended u s e, not rea s onably maintained, utilized in commercial or indu s trial
operation s , or s erviced by anyone other than Magnadyne Corporation or it s authorized
agent s , or where the warning s eal on the product i s broken or the power and/or plug s are
detached from the unit. Magnadyne Corporation or any of it s authorized agent s will not
a ss ume any labor co s t s for the removal and rein s tallation of any product found to be defec-
tive, or the co s t of tran s portation to Magnadyne Corporation or it s authorized agent s . Such
co s t are the s ole re s pon s ibility of the purcha s er.
Thi s warranty doe s not cover the cabinet appearance item s or acce ss orie s u s ed in con-
nection with thi s product, or any damage to recording or recording tape, or any damage to
the product s re s ulting from improper in s tallation, alteration, accident, mi s u s e, abu s e or
act s of nature.
MAGNADYNE CORPORATION OR ITS AUTHORIZED AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO
ANYONE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OR CLAIMS EXCEPT THOSE
ACCORDED BY LAW. NO EXPRESSED WARRANTY OR IMPLIED WARRANTY IS GI V EN
EXCEPT THOSE SET FORTH HEREIN. NO IMPLIED WARRANTY SHALL EXTEND BEYOND
ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF SALE.

tran s ferable. Some s tate s do not allow limitation s on how long an implied warranty la s t s ,
and s ome s tate s do not allow the exclu s ion or limitation of incidental or con s equential
damage s , s o the above limitation s or exclu s ion may not apply to you. Thi s warranty give s
you s pecific legal right s , and you may have other right s that vary from s tate to s tate.

unauthorized modifications to this equipment. Such modifications could void the User’s
authority to operate the equipment.”

Return Authorization mu s t be obtained before s ending, or merchandi s e may be refu s ed.
